Lauren is an Account Executive who also supports Total Technology’s marketing efforts. She’s spent four years in the buyback industry and believes deeply in the impact of education. Helping districts strengthen their learning environments is her way of giving back to the system that shaped her—and she takes pride in being the advocate districts can rely on, whether the challenge sits on the purchasing side or the buyback side.

Originally from Indianapolis and now living in Chicago, Lauren fully embraces both sides of Midwest life. In the summer, she’s on a beach, boat, or rooftop; in the winter, she’s watching sports or catching a flight to warmer weather. Outside of work, she’s a lifelong volleyball player, dog mom to Cooper Thomas Scaletty (a golden retriever whose self-assurance is borderline inspirational), and part of a family that proudly recognizes the Indy 500 as a national holiday.

Lauren brings clarity, consistency, and strong follow-through to every partnership, motivated by the belief that equitable access to great technology can meaningfully shape students’ learning experiences.
